Trip Focus
This trip will be construction focused. Pastor Jeff and Calvary Chapel La Esperanza had the burden to reach the next generation and God led them to start a full English immersion school. The students that attend Calvary Christian School are immersed in the Gospel and Biblical truth and are challenged academically to become the leaders of tomorrow. The school serves working class families and gives them the opportunity to receive private education, which in Guatemala is rare as only the top 1% can afford this level of education. Due to the fact that from kindergarten through high school they are educated in English, the opportunities they will have for work in Guatemala and abroad are unlimited. Calvary Christian School is changing a whole generation of children in the city of Xela, and we are committed to helping them do this. Since the start of the school, Calvary Christian School has exploded in growth and just this past year they acquired a new building to be able to reach more kids. We will be sending a construction team down to get more classrooms ready for the 2025 school year.
Age Limit: 21 and up
Cost: $2,400, which includes all transportation, lodging, food, etc.
